It discusses the difference between liberals and conservatives. But I liked it because it progressed into a challenge to everyone of stepping beyond themselves for a greater good.I couldn’t help but remember a song I made in the past called “Beyond.” Here’s the last chorus (rephrased a bit):
We see the light at the end of the tunnel, but we’re wasting time with cases of futility. Then, we start to wonder if we could touch the sky while maintaining our paces.
I’m sick and tired of “solutions” we say – and the sheer lack of follow through.
Why don’t we just relax, step back, and attack the problems that we’ve made; trying not to overthink – just get over ourselves! Don’t look above, or inside… look beyond.
