Note to self: Never ride the back of any big-ish car/van with lousy suspension.
Had to wake up early morning for this “guesting” we had in a public school in Tondo. Our friend Candice works for Centex, an Ayala subsidiary (foundation) and she teaches music to kids.
Anyways, The group was comprised of Her, Mich, Jampao, Kenneth, Moks, and me. The trip going there was ok, probably since I was sitting in the backseat and not the farthest part of the van/fx/whatever.
We got there and Jampao did his thing. He’s amazing as a teacher – especially to kids. You can really see a passion in his way of teaching, regardless if he has knack for it or not. Simply put, we honestly think that he’ll end up being a teacher cuz he’s just so damn good at it.
We also got to meet Nympha, one of the “subjects” in one of the videos of our december concert. Very quiet – which is more than I can say for the rest of the kids. I don’t think I can be a teacher… I might end up making the whole bunch of them stand up against the wall, save for Nympha of course.
Anyways, the ride going home was absolute hell! Moks and I we’re constantly trying to find a position that would save us from puking our asses off. We even had to stop at some point since Moks thought he was gonna hurl.
To cut a long story short, I didn’t hurl (thank God). Instead, I spent the rest of the day sleeping the dizziness away – until the time when I had to leave for some business. Anyways, took care of that, and ended up watching a movie as the day winded down – Elektra.
Though I used to be a comic book buff, I never really had the chance to familiarize myself with the story of Marvel’s Elektra. It was an interesting movie and worth watching if you’re simply comparing it to The Hulk, or Daredevil. In fact it would be insulting to compare it to the two. But it would also be a stretch trying to compare it with Spiderman 2 or the like.
All in all it was a decent movie… and that hot woman villain totally took my eyes of Jennifer Garner hahahah. I even felt sad when Elektra dealt with her.
Is it just me, or does Jennifer Garner walk strange. She really walked like a faggot… a guy faggot. It’s like they taught her how to swing her hips, which was fine, but forgot all about relaxing her shoulders… or her whole upper body for that matter. I don’t know if that’s how women really do it, but it just didn’t look right.
