This may proabably be my last post for the week. Starting tomorrow (or today, depending on when this post is published) we’ll be leaving for a concert in Iloilo. I’ll be coming back on the 27th which, incidentally is my birthday. What a way to spend your b-day; stuck in a bus or plane, on your way back to the drudgery of normal living.
No matter… a lot has been (and will be) accomplished.
“Shooting Digital by Mikkel Aaland”
“National Geographic Photography Field Guide (2nd edition)”
Had a haircut. Told the barber to keep my hair long, but make it thinner. I’m no fashion expert so I didn’t know what to say. I just like my hair long, but would rather it not go “afro” on me.
Still thick though, so I’m probably having it rebonded when I get back.
Since I’ve finished the other book, I’ll now move onto National Geographic, which is smaller and easier to bring and keep me company in dull, boring moments.
I’ve updated the RDF (RSS) template of the blog so standalone readers can get more out of each listing.
Hopefully, the readers (I mean the software) see the whole post contents without the site skin, which will make the feed look/perform more like an “e-mail message.”
Cleaner, faster, simpler.
Also, I’ve redone all the image links of the articles. If there’s a kind soul out there with the time to check all the archives (which I doubt hehehe) and tell me if there are any broken links, it would be much appreciated.
A friend of mine had his loan granted to study at Berklee College of Music. I’m very happy for him as he’s now sure to follow his dream. Congratulations, and I’m proud of you.
That’s about it for now. Engaging in some last-munite packing, also making sure I have all my needed gear with me (chargers, batteries, plugs, camera, lenses, xda, etc.)
Wish me luck.

luck! 🙂 and advanced happy birthday. soulsearch ought to get together soon, as there are more than enough reasons to celebrate 🙂
