Forget the XDAIII, I want that XDAIV! And considering that it’ll still be a while before it’s released, plenty of headroom to start saving.

- 640×480 VGA
- QUAD-band GSM and UMTS (3G)
- WiFi
- Hardware keyboard – makes it much easier to text in the car.

My only beef here is they used a querty keyboard layout. If you’re using a PDA in general, writing is always faster. Hard-keys are only needed when you need to use the PDA with a single hand. And the T9 approach seems much more practical.
Secondly, I’m afraid of what the thickness of the unit may be because of the keyboard.
