Sure, I do confide in a select few (and only if they ask) and I guess the furthest I&#8217;d go (unless publicly challenged) would be to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nargalzius.com\/blog\/archives\/2009\/06\/21\/not-welcome\">write a song about it<\/a>. I guess this is why the whole <em>&#8220;hell hath no fury than a woman scorned&#8221;<\/em> adage exists in the first place; and those &#8220;screwed&#8221; (no pun intended) women resort to slander &#8211; practically cuz it&#8217;s the only [legal] thing they could do to get <em>some semblance<\/em> of retribution.<\/p>\n<p>But, I respectfully submit, that Hell, in fact, <strong>hath<\/strong> fury&#8230; <em>even more<\/em> than a woman scorned &#8211; it just seldom reveals itself. Chronologically, here&#8217;s the deal:<\/p>\n<p>On Eminem&#8217;s <em>Relapse<\/em> album, he had a track called <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=-0YTwojHViA\">&#8220;Bagpipes from Baghdad&#8221;<\/a><\/em> which kinda suggests an embittered Eminem. <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Mariah what ever happened to us?<br \/>\nWhy did we have to break up?<br \/>\nAll I asked for was a glass of punch<br \/>\nYou see I never really asked for much I can&#8217;t imagine what&#8217;s<br \/>\nGoin through your mind after such<br \/>\nA nasty break-up with that Latin hunk<br \/>\nLouis Miguel, Nick Cannon better back the fuck up<br \/>\nI&#8217;m not playin&#8217; I want her back you punk  <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Nick Cannon and the wifey are furious and the latter retaliates with a track called <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=hYFoIVhmLnM\">&#8220;Obsessed&#8221;<\/a><\/em> from her [upcoming?] album. A snippet of the song goes:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;Why you so obsessed with me (Boy I wanna know).<br \/>\nLying that you&#8217;re sexing me (when everybody knows)&#8230;<br \/>\nYou a mom and pop. I&#8217;m a corporation.<br \/>\nI&#8217;m the press conference and you a conversation.&#8221;  <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>And given that Eminem was never a person to take the high road&#8230; he, quite frankly, <strong>obliterates<\/strong> both Carey and Cannon in one go.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Only reason I dissed you in the first place is because you denied seeing me.<br \/>\nNow I&#8217;m pissed off  <\/p>\n<p>Sit back homey, relax. The guy is&#65279; too honest, if you ask me.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>But overall, I guess the bottomline here is that yes, we are all in agreement that they are acting like kids&#8230; and that Eminem is ultimately in the wrong IMHO (given how I personally like to deal with these sorts of issues and well, because Eminem &#8220;started&#8221; it). But I gotta admit, I get some sort of a twisted tingling feeling of pure satisfaction when I see Eminem indulge in actions most of us [men] would never dare to do out of principle.<\/p>\n<p>I guess it&#8217;s the same appreciation I have of being politically incorrect; I try not to be, but hell, I really love PI humor.<\/p>\n<p>On a musical note; no matter if you like rap or not, no matter if you like Eminem or not, you gotta admit the man&#8217;s rap\/freestyle skills are out of this world!
