Most of my friends and I joined said club because we were <em>required<\/em> to have an activity on Wed; everyone had a crush on the Glee Club&#8217;s moderator then. So technically, I started singing because of a crush.<br \/>\nAlso, the moderator and I slept together&#8230; <strong>get your head out of the gutter; it&#8217;s not what you think!<\/strong> She spent a night at my place while the two of us were working on a project. So techincally, just as my dad said, I&#8217;m not lying when I say we slept together \ud83d\ude09<br \/>\nThere&#8217;s more; said moderator\/teacher turned out to be a Bukas Palad member as well <span class=\"footnote_referrer\"><a role=\"button\" tabindex=\"0\" onclick=\"footnote_moveToReference_922_1('footnote_plugin_reference_922_1_1');\" onkeypress=\"footnote_moveToReference_922_1('footnote_plugin_reference_922_1_1');\" ><sup id=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_922_1_1\" class=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_text\">1 <\/sup><\/a><span id=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_text_922_1_1\" class=\"footnote_tooltip\">but of course this was all during high-school. I joined BP late college<\/span><\/span><script type=\"text\/javascript\"> jQuery('#footnote_plugin_tooltip_922_1_1').tooltip({ tip: '#footnote_plugin_tooltip_text_922_1_1', tipClass: 'footnote_tooltip', effect: 'fade', predelay: 0, fadeInSpeed: 200, delay: 400, fadeOutSpeed: 200, position: 'top right', relative: true, offset: [10, 10], });<\/script> &#8230; and eventually got married&#8230; <strong>on my birthday<\/strong> hahahaha. <em>I swear!<\/em><\/li>\n<li>I&#8217;ve been <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nargalzius.com\/blog\/archives\/2006\/11\/28\/hello-psn-listeners\">featured\/interviewed<\/a> in an american podcast about home recording.<\/li>\n<li>Though part of Bukas Palad, I can still say I&#8217;m not a fan of structured religion. I&#8217;m a skeptic\/agnostic (not an atheist, there&#8217;s a big difference). I guess I just refuse to follow any system blindly&#8230; especially if it prefers to kill the questions more than actually provide the answers. If <strong>any<\/strong> system doesn&#8217;t approve of me questioning it (or conveniently implies that you&#8217;re a better person if you don&#8217;t ask questions) I automatically lose a huge chunk of respect for it by default.<\/li>\n<li>How&#8217;s this for an irony: In spite of my religious views, I&#8217;ve been baptized <em>twice<\/em> &#8211; second time in the <a href=\"http:\/\/farm1.static.flickr.com\/249\/449651924_2ef8c15806_o.jpg\">River Jordan<\/a> itself.<\/li>\n<li>I used to be good in the [visual] arts; in my earlier days in La Salle, there were two of us who would always represent our batch in drawing competitions. Lost interest when I got into computers.<\/li>\n<li>Unlike most people, I <strong>don&#8217;t<\/strong> miss school. I love working &#8211; because if ever I was going to subject myself to any form of stress, I&#8217;d rather be <strong>getting paid<\/strong> for it.<\/li>\n<li>I had my <a href=\"http:\/\/farm3.static.flickr.com\/2112\/2186937702_402c0d5c63_o.jpg\">eyebrow pierced<\/a> <em>twice<\/em> &#8211; let it close both times due to migration. Also had <a href=\"http:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3120\/2752607246_bccaa28ea6_o.jpg\">labret peircings<\/a> <em>thrice<\/em>&#8230; currently closed, and intend to get one again \ud83d\ude09<\/li>\n<li>I slept through a full-blown Menudo concert <span class=\"footnote_referrer\"><a role=\"button\" tabindex=\"0\" onclick=\"footnote_moveToReference_922_1('footnote_plugin_reference_922_1_2');\" onkeypress=\"footnote_moveToReference_922_1('footnote_plugin_reference_922_1_2');\" ><sup id=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_922_1_2\" class=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_text\">2 <\/sup><\/a><span id=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_text_922_1_2\" class=\"footnote_tooltip\">Have you any idea how LOUD those kinds of events are?<\/span><\/span><script type=\"text\/javascript\"> jQuery('#footnote_plugin_tooltip_922_1_2').tooltip({ tip: '#footnote_plugin_tooltip_text_922_1_2', tipClass: 'footnote_tooltip', effect: 'fade', predelay: 0, fadeInSpeed: 200, delay: 400, fadeOutSpeed: 200, position: 'top right', relative: true, offset: [10, 10], });<\/script> when I was a kid&#8230; thumb-sucking and all.<\/li>\n<li>When I was a child, I used to walk around the street in nothing but a <em>sando<\/em> and brief. <em>Bold star daw oh!<\/em><\/li>\n<li>I have a soft spot for any cheesy flick &#8211; no matter how <em>baduy<\/em> it is. <em>Tiyak na maiiyak ako basta tungkol siya sa love\/caring.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>People called me &#8220;sex&#8221; (among other things) during college &#8211; just look at the &#8220;Nicknames&#8221; app in my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/profile.php?id=500152193\">Facebook profile<\/a> for proof.<br \/>\nIn spite of the moniker, I&#8217;ve only had 2 official relationships\/commitments (i.e. GF\/BF) &#8211; the second being the current.<\/li>\n<li>Like my Mom, I don&#8217;t watch TV &#8211; so don&#8217;t bother talking TV shows to me unless they&#8217;re available for download in the internet.<\/li>\n<li>Someone else did my &#8220;thesis&#8221; during sophomore year. Got a B+ for it&#8230; and only because she used a different formatting (lumabas minus points for not following directions).<\/li>\n<li>I was supposed to pursue musical studies in Berklee <span class=\"footnote_referrer\"><a role=\"button\" tabindex=\"0\" onclick=\"footnote_moveToReference_922_1('footnote_plugin_reference_922_1_3');\" onkeypress=\"footnote_moveToReference_922_1('footnote_plugin_reference_922_1_3');\" ><sup id=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_922_1_3\" class=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_text\">3 <\/sup><\/a><span id=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_text_922_1_3\" class=\"footnote_tooltip\">According to a friend working in the admissions office, the application was already a sure thing<\/span><\/span><script type=\"text\/javascript\"> jQuery('#footnote_plugin_tooltip_922_1_3').tooltip({ tip: '#footnote_plugin_tooltip_text_922_1_3', tipClass: 'footnote_tooltip', effect: 'fade', predelay: 0, fadeInSpeed: 200, delay: 400, fadeOutSpeed: 200, position: 'top right', relative: true, offset: [10, 10], });<\/script> but I had to stay to take care of the house and Dad due to an unforeseen turn of events.<\/li>\n<li>I&#8217;ve sung with Janine Desiderio during a wedding &#8211; and can I just say; even with a daughter, she&#8217;s f*cking HOT!<\/li>\n<li>I&#8217;ve done a study tape for Jett Pangan, and helped him learn his lines the night he was supposed to sing the song (that was quite a surreal experience)<\/li>\n<li>I was invited to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nargalzius.com\/blog\/archives\/2008\/12\/29\/insecurities-and-frustrations\">sing for a commercial jingle<\/a> (not sure if I made it though&#8230; probably not)<\/li>\n<li>I&#8217;m a man who&#8217;s lousy with directions &#8211; all that talent was passed on to my sister. What I got was the luck with relationships (hahaha peace Sis, I love you!) \ud83d\ude09<\/li>\n<li>I&#8217;ve survived a 120kph crash unscathed <span class=\"footnote_referrer\"><a role=\"button\" tabindex=\"0\" onclick=\"footnote_moveToReference_922_1('footnote_plugin_reference_922_1_4');\" onkeypress=\"footnote_moveToReference_922_1('footnote_plugin_reference_922_1_4');\" ><sup id=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_922_1_4\" class=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_text\">4 <\/sup><\/a><span id=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_text_922_1_4\" class=\"footnote_tooltip\">We were going the same direction so it wasn&#8217;t <em>that<\/em> abrupt a change in momentum<\/span><\/span><script type=\"text\/javascript\"> jQuery('#footnote_plugin_tooltip_922_1_4').tooltip({ tip: '#footnote_plugin_tooltip_text_922_1_4', tipClass: 'footnote_tooltip', effect: 'fade', predelay: 0, fadeInSpeed: 200, delay: 400, fadeOutSpeed: 200, position: 'top right', relative: true, offset: [10, 10], });<\/script> &#8211; without any seatbelt. But I did manage to total the car, and was able to dislodge the drivers seat on the other vehicle, as well as put a huge dent on an otherwise <em>all stainless steel<\/em> Owner type jeep.<\/li>\n<li>I play the guitar, but I only learn stuff by ear and muscle memory as I can&#8217;t read music\/chords<\/li>\n<li>As a kid, I used to have a crush on Lotlot de Leon.
