But I liked it because it progressed into a challenge to everyone of stepping beyond themselves for a greater good.<!--more-->I couldn&#8217;t help but remember a song I made in the past called <em>&#8220;Beyond.&#8221;<\/em> Here&#8217;s the last chorus (rephrased a bit):<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>We see the light at the end of the tunnel, but we&#8217;re wasting time with cases of futility.\nThen, we start to wonder if we could touch the sky while maintaining our paces.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m sick and tired of &#8220;solutions&#8221; we say &#8211; and the sheer lack of follow through.<\/p>\n<p>Why don&#8217;t we just relax, step back, and attack the problems that we&#8217;ve made;\ntrying not to overthink &#8211; just get over <em>ourselves!<\/em>\nDon&#8217;t look above, or inside&#8230; look beyond.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<!-- iframe plugin v.5.1 wordpress.org\/plugins\/iframe\/ -->\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"100%\" height=\"150\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"no\" src=\"https:\/\/w.soundcloud.com\/player\/?url=https%3A\/\/api.soundcloud.com\/tracks\/134722880&#038;auto_play=false&#038;hide_related=false&#038;show_comments=true&#038;show_user=true&#038;show_reposts=false&#038;visual=false\" class=\"iframe-class\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8230;and watch this talk from TED.
