Yesterday was a pretty busy day as a lot of things have happened. About 4 people I knew had birthdays and I was commited to one of them at 8pm that night at The Fort<\/em> (Pier One)<\/p>\n The choir<\/a> i’m in, also had its “homecoming party” for those of us who were present during the 2004 US tour<\/a> (which obviously, I wasn’t able to attend).<\/p>\n\n “Bukas Palad Music Ministry”<\/p>\n “Leslie’s birthday pics”<\/p>\n Jem and I decided to try out the Fitness First’s branch at The Fort<\/em> since it was right in the middle of the establishment cluster, of which Pier One was included.<\/p>\n The brach is excellent. Complete machines, spacious and an interesting view of The Fort’s<\/em> bustling nightlife. We were there for about 3 hours (how time flies when you’re in pain hehehe) and went straight to the party.<\/p>\n The hunger we developed from excercising was immediately satiated by the food in Pier One as we helped ourselves with Aligue Rice, Liempo, Sisig, Sizzling Squid, Oysters, and Drinks.<\/p>\n Speaking of drinks, I seldom (or don’t) drink alcohol, but helped myself to a shot of pure Tequila (as requested by the celebrant). It hurt like hell. I suddenly felt as if my voice was similar to Bryan Adams or something. Fortunately the alcohol had no effect. After all it was just ONE shot. I was afraid I might be affected since I don’t drink and may be sensitive to hard liquor.<\/p>\n While BP<\/a> was making-sulit<\/em> the karaoke during their party, I was being made-sulit<\/em> by Leslie, as I was the “official photographer.” All in all, the day\/night was a blast.<\/p>\n
