Suffice to say I was able to get one <em>plus<\/em> a duster-gun addon, so basically I have something that&#8217;s specifically made for cleaning dusty objects\/components (e.g. my computer)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Microphone Stand<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Another thing I found while searching for the compressor was a microphone stand. When I record at home, I usually hold the mic, which meant that I never could use the pop filter I had purchased with it. I was lucky enough to find a mini mic stand, which was <em>exactly<\/em> what I needed to conserve space. For 350 pesos, it was a brainless purchase.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gaming<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I was itching to try the new PC with some cool game, unfortunately, I played all the newer ones (or at least, the new ones I liked) already. So I decided to re-install some old ones. Namely, <em>Prince of Persia 2 &#8211; The Warrior Within<\/em> for the gameplay\/story, and <em>Doom 3,<\/em> for the graphics engine everyone was raving about in the past.<\/p>\n<p>To give an idea of the performance: 1280&#215;1024, all settings maxed (save for the antialiasing, which I just set at 4x), <strong>WITHOUT<\/strong> a pagefile in Windows <span class=\"footnote_referrer\"><a role=\"button\" tabindex=\"0\" onclick=\"footnote_moveToReference_396_1('footnote_plugin_reference_396_1_1');\" onkeypress=\"footnote_moveToReference_396_1('footnote_plugin_reference_396_1_1');\" ><sup id=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_396_1_1\" class=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_text\">1 <\/sup><\/a><span id=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_text_396_1_1\" class=\"footnote_tooltip\">This means most of the time, everything is working directly from the RAM (which is a risky setting, but very much doable<\/span><\/span><script type=\"text\/javascript\"> jQuery('#footnote_plugin_tooltip_396_1_1').tooltip({ tip: '#footnote_plugin_tooltip_text_396_1_1', tipClass: 'footnote_tooltip', effect: 'fade', predelay: 0, fadeInSpeed: 200, delay: 400, fadeOutSpeed: 200, position: 'top right', relative: true, offset: [10, 10], });<\/script>). It is to be noted that I haven&#8217;t pushed the card to it&#8217;s &#8220;limits&#8221; since I simply put in the settings I would like to play with&#8230; not neccessarily what the card is capable of.
