GP<\/a> introduced me to this nifty daemon\/utility called Witch<\/a>. It’s like an OS X command-tab<\/code> (or Windows alt-tab<\/code>) function on steriods.<\/p>\n

The thing that made me prefer it over the default command-tab<\/code> function is that it can list\/access even the minimized windows in the dock (which the default function obviously can’t<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Accessing minimized applications have been very important to me since regardless of OS X’s Exposé,<\/em> I still am kind of OC about screen real estate – and like hiding\/minimizing a lot. Witch<\/a> solves all the problems the limitation of the default command-tab<\/code> function introduced in navigation, and brings a whole lot more functionality in application access.<\/p>\n

I’ve now assigned it the alt-tab<\/code> hotkey (like in Windows) – but I wish that the developer allow it to override OS X’s command-tab<\/code> altogether.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
